Project Introduction

The City of Laval, one of the largest cities in Canada, entrusted Vortex Solution with the redesign and implementation of its institutional website as part of one of the largest WordPress municipal projects ever delivered in Quebec. The mandate aimed to deliver a modern, secure, and highly scalable digital platform capable of supporting extremely high traffic volumes, a vast amount of citizen-facing content, and advanced integrations with multiple municipal business systems.

Built on next-generation WordPress, the project followed a highly collaborative approach, combining advanced UX/UI design, full content geolocation, interactive mapping, institutional-grade cybersecurity, and best-in-class Canadian digital products.
